Appointments of UEFA European Conference League III qualifying round match between "Neftchi" and "Rapid", which will be held on August 4 at 21:00, have been announced. The match was assigned to Croatian referees staff. The referee will be Dario Bel. He will be assisted by Marjan Tomas and Kristijan Novosel. The fourth official will be Tihomir Pejin.

UEFA Delegate will be Ahmet Erzurumlu (Turkey) and Referee Observer will be Martin Ingvarsson (Sweden).
