Another appointment was made to the coaching staff of Neftchi. Goalkeeping coach Florin Tene has signed a two-year contract.

Tene was born on November 10, 1968 in Bucharest, Romania. He started coaching in 2001. Along with the Romanian U-21 national team (2002-2012), he worked the country's "Sportul Studentsesk" (2001-2002, 2010-2011), "Dinamo-2" (Bucharest, 2005-2006), "Progresul" (2007-2009) ), “Otopen” (2009-2010), “Petrolul” (2012-2013), “Dinamo” (Bucharest, 2013), “Steaua” (2013-2014, 2015-2017), “Universitatea Craiova” (2021-2022) ), Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal (2014-2015), Al Ahli (2021), Bulgaria's Litex (2015), the UAE's Al Wahda (2017-2018) and Al Wasl (2019- 2020).

The 53-year-old specialist has worked with head coach Laurentsiu Reghecampf at Al Hilal, Litex, Steaua, Al Wahda, Al Wasl, Al Ahli and Universitatea Craiova.

Earlier, 42-year-old Viorel Dinu was appointed assistant coach, and 34-year-old Bogdan-Cornel Merisanu was appointed physical training coach.
