Five players of Neftchi PFC - Ismayil Zulfugarli, Mert Celik, Farid Yusifli, Asim Alizade and Vusal Asgarov - have been invited to the Azerbaijani U-21 national team. As part of the qualifying round of the European Championship, our national team will meet Croatia on September 2 at 21:00 Baku time at the Velika Gorica City Stadium and Croatia on July 7 at 20:00 at the Josko Arena in Reed Inkreis.

It should be noted that the team will be in training camp from August 22 to prepare for these games. Mert Celik, Asim Alizade and Vusal Asgarov will join the camp after the return match of the Conference League playoffs against Maccabi.
