Appointments of 28th tour of Premier League have been announced. Referee of the “Zira” – “Neftçi” match will be Nijat Ismayilli. He will be assisted by Kamran Bayramov and Jamil Guliyev. Emin Aliyev will be the fourth official. Referee Observer is Baris Simsek, AFFA delegate is Ramiz Mustafayev, and VAR referee is Rauf Allahverdiyev and will be assisted by Rahman Imami.
