Coach of “Neftçi” Football Academy, Islam Karimov, was awarded with an Honorary Decree by the Youth and Sports Department of the Nizami District Executive Power on the occasion of March 5 - Physical Education and Sports Day for his services in the development and popularization of football, the promotion of this sport, as well as his active participation in football events held in the Nizami district of the capital. Experienced specialist was awarded both as a coach of “Neftçi” PFC and as a war veteran.

It should be noted that Islam Karimov has a UEFA category "A" coaching license and is an Honored coach of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
