Appointments of 16th tour of Premier League have been announced. Referee of the “Neftçi” – “Qarabağ” match will be Elchin Masiyev. He will be assisted by Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov. Rauf Allahverdiyev will be the fourth official. Referee Observer is Omar Pashayev, AFFA delegate is Elchin Mammadov, and VAR referee is Aliyar Aghayev and will be assisted by Nijat Ismayilli.
