Another appointment was realized to the coaching staff of "Neftchi". 2-year contract was signed with asistant coach Nicolae Grigore.

It should be noted that Nicolae Grigore was born on July 19, 1983 in Bucharest, Romania. Ex-member of the Romanian national team as a football player, Grigore, started coaching in 2018. In 2018-2020, he worked as a head coach in the U-17 team of "Rapid" Bucharest, and as an assistant coach in the A team. In 2020, Romanian specialist worked as an assistant coach in the Romanian U-21 national team, then became the head coach of "Rapid" in the 2020/2021 season. In 2021, after being assistant of head coach Laurențiu Reghecampf in "Universitatea Craiova", Nicolae's last club was "Metaloglobus" (2021-2022).

It should be noted that before that, 42-year-old Viorel Dinu was appointed as an assistant coach, 34-year-old Bogdan-Cornel Merishanu as a fitness coach, and 54-year-old Florin Tene as a goalkeepers coach.
