Appointments for the 3rd round of the Premier League have been announced. Rashad Ahmadov will be the referee of the match between Neftchi and Qarabagh. He will be assisted by Javanshir Yusifov and Rahil Ramazanov. The fourth judge will be Kamal Umudlu. Judge-inspector Anar Salmanov will be the AFFA representative, and Mammadali Mammadov will be the AFFA representative.
