Appointments for the second round of the Premier League have been announced. Kamal Umudlu will be the referee of the match between Zira and Neftchi. He will be assisted by Muslim Aliyev and Kamran Bayramov. The fourth judge will be Sabuhi Bayramov. Judge-inspector will be Omar Pashayev, and AFFA representative will be Mubariz Huseynov.
